Tesma employs over 5,800 employees in 30 manufacturing facilities (including 2 start-up facilities in China) and five focused tooling, design and R&D centres supporting our three principal product technology groups: Tesma Engine Technologies; Tesma Transmission Technologies; and Tesma Fuel Technologies. Each of these facilities operates as an autonomous unit, following the Company's culture of functional and operational decentralization.
