CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Tesma's operational capacity includes 28 plants, each of which functions as an autonomous unit. Every Tesma plant is managed as an independent profit centre. within guidelines established by the Company's Board of Directors or by Corporate Management. The plants are organized into operational groups by product area.

Corporate Management establishes operating policies, that are consistent with the Board's guidelines, provides coordination and specialized assistance to the plants and operating groups, develops business opportunities and formulates strategic product and other plans.
